September 2013 – A Quick Trip to India

Sometimes it takes us a long time to fulfil a topic request.  In June 2012 we were asked if we could oblige on the topic of India – daily lives of children in particular.  Well, just over a year later we were visiting a state school in India, as well as many other wonderful sites.

Don’t worry if you aren’t pursuing this specific topic because our material is good for general thinking skill activities and they’re made all the more stimulating by involving other cultures.  The first of these resources will be uploaded in early September.

I have shared some pictures on our new Facebook page and it would be really good if you could ‘like’ the page for us.  The Taj Mahal at sunrise was serenely beautiful and its peaceful presence contrasted dramatically with the hustle and bustle of India’s ever frantic and colourful streets.
